FILLIN ACCOLE

FILLIN ACCOLE is a shoe conceived by reconnecting the timeless functional beauty of classic military footwear with a contemporary outsole shaped by an urban sensibility. By combining the enduring form of the upper with the sole design language seen in FILLIN’s signature model, LUCENT, the shoe does not simply quote the past, but reconfigures it into a form adapted to contemporary life.

In this work, I was responsible for the art direction, focusing on bringing together the refined functional beauty shaped through history and a contemporary visual sensibility rooted in the city into a single image. Through the visual expression, I sought to evoke a sense in which forms from different backgrounds come together naturally, while presenting the shoe as a product that weaves everyday life across time.
